About us

Our history

Ashbourne Day Nurseries was established in 2008 by parents for parents with our first nursery in Oxley Park, Milton Keynes.

We created a fun and friendly early years educational experience for children to learn and grow.

Today we have 16 nurseries and pre-schools across Bedfordshire, Essex, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire.

We provide Ofsted approved childcare that follows the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum guidelines.

While our childcare offer has grown, we embrace the individuality of all our nurseries.

Each setting offers something unique, whether they are located in purpose-built premises, on a farm or in a listed building.

Our values

Ashbourne Day Nurseries will always strive for a workplace culture where we feel welcomed and valued at every level.

We aim to provide a framework of expectations for behaviours in the workplace.

These cultures will be embedded throughout and referenced to at every opportunity in our professional environment.

Our children

Our children graduate from Ashbourne Day Nurseries with the skills and knowledge that they need to succeed in school and beyond.

We aim for our children to graduate as confident, enthusiastic learners who are ready for the years of education ahead of them.

Our staff

We recruit staff with passion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to our children.

Our excellent staff are vital to our success which is why we are committed to their continued training and development.

We are proud to have some amazing people working with us.

All our nurseries endeavour to provide a great service to our children and parents.

Health & Safety

Health and safety is one of our top priorities.

All our nurseries have strict health and safety policies in place to meet the local standards.

We have introduced measures to help to keep your children safe during the coronavirus pandemic.

Social distancing and extra cleaning are two measures we have in place for infection prevention and control.
