Creating new learning opportunities
Child-led dinosaur fun
This month the children have engaged in lots of child-led open-ended play opportunities.
One of the themes chosen by the children was to create a dinosaur planet. The children found lots of natural resources to create a forest which brought their dinosaur planet to life.
Teeth brushing week
This week the children have been taking part in a range of learning opportunities which promote the importance of healthy teeth, the importance of teeth brushing and how to look after our teeth.
We have also been talking about the different types of food and what each food contains.
Parents will have also been provided with oral health information and the children were given a tooth brushing set to take home.
