Staff training and development

We are continuously investing in the training and development of our nursery teams.

The Nursery Managers recently attended a training day on the recent EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) updates which was hosted at our Support Office.

The intention of the training session was to consider ways we can continue to provide inspiring environments for the children within our care and provide invitations to play that consider a holistic learning approach.

Several interactive workshops were planned to enable our Nursery Managers to reflect on current practices and how as a team we can extend and enhance areas within the learning environment in a variety of ways.

Find out more about the emphasis that we place on the development of our staff here.
