What we've been up to...
Curiosity Cylinder
This month we created a curiosity cylinder for the children to explore. The area is full of different textures and objects for the children to discover. This in turn will help the children to expand their vocabulary by encouraging them to talk about what they can see and feel.
Pancake Day
The children made representations of pancakes using playdough and pans. They then made their very own pancakes in the kitchen and even had a go at flipping a pancake using a cold frying pan.
Expressing emotions
We’ve been talking about our feelings and how we express them. The children discussed the various emotions that they experience and they made their own feelings faces using different objects.Pirate week
All last week we used pirate-themed resources to extend on our learning. We have been taking on the role of pirates, using props to extend our play. The children have been supported to learn new words and build on their communication skills.

Childcare places from 18 months
We are excited to announce that our nearby nursery in Millway are now able to offer childcare places for babies from 18 months. For more information please ask your nursery manager.
Promoting Healthy Eating in the Early Years
Do you sometimes find it a struggle to encourage your little ones to eat a healthy balanced diet.

- Friday 19th March – Red Nose Day (carnival theme e.g. bright colours dress up)

Childcare Discounts
Did you know that we offer two childcare discounts?
We offer all NHS and emergency services staff 10% off childcare fees. ID will be required as proof of employment.
We also offer a sibling discount when you have two or more children that attend our nurseries. Our 10% sibling discount is applied to the eldest child only and will only apply to their regular booking pattern. The sibling discount does not apply to any extra sessions, registration fees or other fees incurred.
